Discussion Topic: Kinky/Vanilla Swirl

Hey there, Men of FMSD!

You're invited to join us for the Fetish Men San Diego Discussion Group this month, centered around the theme of "Kinky/Vanilla Swirl". We'll be discussing the complexities of integrating our kinky sides with our vanilla world and how we can balance both.

This will be a round table style discussion, so bring your perspectives and stories to share. Maybe you have a "vanilla" partner who knows about your kinks, but isn't into it. Maybe you've thought about opening up to friends but are worried how they'd react. Maybe you've wanted to post pictures of yourself in fetish gear on social media but aren't sure what work or family might think. We'll talk through all of these and more, and learn from each other on how we've managed the "Kinky/Vanilla Swirl".

If you have questions about the event, please reach out and we will do our best to answer them.

We look forward to seeing you there and having an interesting conversation.

Discussion: Trans Masculinity, Wed, Feb 8 7:00PM - 9:00PM

Subject: Join Us for an FMSD Panel Discussion on Transmasculinity

Hello all!
FMSD is excited to announce the details for the February FMSD Discussion! Wednesday, Feb 8th, from 7-9pm.

*** This event will be held indoors ***
Proof of COVID vaccination, or recent test, is required.

This month we will be hearing from a part of our community that is often overlooked and underrepresented. Trans masculine people have always been part of Leather and queer culture, yet their experiences are not celebrated despite navigating the same spaces as queer cis men.

We will be hearing from 4 trans masculine people about their journeys in Leather followed by a Q&A. Many thanks go to Sanjay for bringing this idea forward and organizing the panelists.

The hope for this discussion is to help break the stigma around trans men being intimate in Leather spaces, address general misconceptions, and for folks to come away with some concrete steps to help create spaces that are inclusive for all forms of masculinity.

RSVP with your first and last name to: SignMeUpForEvent [at} GMail. We invite you to include questions you have for our panelists in your RSVP email as well!

Our panelists will address a mix of these “advance” questions as well as ones from the audience so bring an open mind to be ready to learn.

We look forward to seeing you from 7-9pm on Wednesday, Feb 8th!
