Call for Ms. & Mr. San Diego Leather 2014 Contestants

Leather Men and Women of San Diego - The Mr and Ms San Diego Leather 2014-15 event is looking for candidates for the upcoming leather contest. If you want to give back to your community, if you want to meet wonderful and hot leather men and women that you may not have met before, if you want to grow and have an amazing, life-changing experience then go to rompsd.com and take a look at the contestant application. We want you!

Just so we are clear on the requirements: the Mr and Ms San Diego Leather are responsible for producing 4 events during their title year. That is the only requirement. There is NO "unwritten rule" about traveling. Infact, the producers of the contest hope that our San Diego title holders will focus on San Diego. Traveling is welcomed, but neither expected or required in any way.

The contest will take place here in San Diego the weekend of August 22nd - 24th. We have a wonderful panel of judges lined up that you will thoroughly enjoy meeting.

July 18 Beat & Greet - Pride Kickoff Party!

Friday July 18 - 8:30 pm - 1:00 am -- Doors close at 10:30pm!

The Friday Beat and Greet is usually held on the 3rd and 5th Fridays each month - 3rd Fridays open to all, 5th Fridays for men only

This event is open to people age 18 and above.

Soft drinks and water will be available at the dungeon, we are asking for $1.00 donation for each drink.

This social/ impact play event is for friendly people who would like to learn more about flogging, paddling and the like. We'll be demonstrating techniques on eager volunteers and curing the curiosities of those who have questions. Nothing too wild, just pleasantly kinky enough to bring a smile that lasts a while!

Please bring a flogger, paddle, cane or two with you, if you have one. This will help you learn with your own toys. If you do not have toys, we do have toys you may use.

Do not be intimidated by coming to a dungeon or being in the night life of Downtown San Diego, this event is open to all levels of experience, and beginners are particularly welcome. If you're new to this sort of thing, you can always trust that you'll end up with a positive experience. You'll be surrounded by very, very nice folks who have a lot of expertise and a deep level of trust with each other. We've been doing this a long time, and we like to share what we now.

This is not your typical BDSM event, it's not a fundraiser, a workshop, or a class really. Even though teaching and learning will be involved, Friday Night Beat and Greets are just a pleasant way to share some good times in a relaxed kinky setting. We all need to get the heck out of the house once in a while - why not hang out with some folks that enjoy doing what you enjoy doing?

There is no charge to attend the event, we just ask that you leave any Attitude outside the door, be playful and open-hearted!

Things to keep in mind for this event:

This event is held in a private space; however, you are responsible for your own actions at all times. Safety measures will be in place during the event. Please bring a valid ID and be prepared to sign a liability form. All information given will be kept confidential.

Because the dungeon resides within the confines of a residential and commercial building, we ask that you act and dress appropriately anywhere outside of the dungeon.

Anyone behaving in a manner that is considered inappropriate will be asked to leave the property and may not be allowed reentry for future events. The decisions of the Dungeon Servitus staff and hosts are final.

Please note a few things about the Beat and Greet:
1) The maximum capacity is 50 people. There is a chance you may be asked to wait until someone leaves before being permitted to enter.

2) In order to allow everyone a chance to try things, we ask that you limit your time on the play equipment to a short time. If there are people waiting, we may ask you to wrap up your time on the equipment after 10 minutes.

3) This is a community event that is hosted by members of the community. Membership in any club or organization is not required.

I've just returned from attending the Leather Realm Voluteer Training and it really occurred to me that it's July and it's time celebrate LGBT Pride in "America's Finest Leather & Kink City".  Come out and fully support all the activities, events and parties supporting San Diego Pride 40th anniversary.

July 2nd (7-9pm): Wed Night Men's Discussion will be a follow-up of our brainstorming & planning meeting we held last month to support "what's next and how to keep Fetish Men San Diego interesting, current & fresh! This discussion will be accompanied with a pot luck/social during the discussion and planning.

After the discussion, some of us will head over and invade the Eagle's "Pup Night's 2nd Year Anniversay Bash"!

Saturday, July 5th (4-7pm): Our monthly Cigar & Boots Social. This event is hosted by our members: Daddy Ron, boy Jon and FMSD at the Redwing Bar & Grill. 4012 30th Street in North Park. Cum out relax, socialize, smoke a cigar, pipe, cigarette, dip or E-cig and you don't have to smoke if you wanna just hang! Bootblack will be on site, so bring your boots or leathers!

July 9th (7-9pm): Wed Night Men's Discussion will be of the topic "Music of the Heart". Our own Donnie V. will share and discuss music, anthems & soundtracks of the gay and leather culture. Do you have a anthem or soundtrack that brings out your leather swagger or pride?

July 16th (7-9pm): Wed Night Men's Discussion will be fine tuning and coordinating our efforts to support SD Pride & SD Leather Realm at the Pride Festival. Our fine Fetish Men will be marching in the Pride Parade with the Leather Contingency being organized by Mr. SD Leather 2013 Eli Correa.

There will be a FMSD info & demo table at the Leather Realm headed up by JP, one of our members and yours truly will be a Leather Realm Demo Ambassadors among other FMSD members who'll be giving workshops, demonstrations and information of BDSM toys, gear and equipment on both days of the Leather Realm (Sat & Sun). SD Pride Parade & Festival is happening July 19 & 20th (Sat & Sun).

Cum over to the demo tent and give me a "shout out", a kiss and a hug and in return I'll give you a few leather licks of love with one of my floggers or paddles!
