I. San Diego Eagle's 15th Anniversary!
All Clubs Weekend at The Eagle
Friday, November 17 to Sunday, November 19th
Location: San Diego Eagle
Description: Join us starting on Friday, November 17 at 9:00pm at our cities' last remaining Leather Bar -- The Eagle. Fifteen years since The Eagle opened its doors, and we are now coming together to celebrate our community as a whole! Join our brothers and sisters in leather and kink for a weekend full of demos, fetish wear and community.
Friday evening, many of our instructors and members of our leadership team will be available and demonstrating their favorite kink-based skills! At 10PM that night, there will be a featured performance by the Bad Boyz of Porn!
Saturday, some of us will be at the Eagle again with more demos, but at 10:00pm we will stop and stand in unity with the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence for their blessing to our community; if you are seeking tribal energy, seeking unity and connection - you don't want to miss this.
Lastly, on Sunday, join us for the Eagle Bus Trip to Palm Springs! This is a great day-long adventure with our brothers. Purchase your ticket at the Eagle during or before All Clubs Weekend!

II. News-Ception (The Newsletter within the Newsletter)
This is a little different than my usual From ME to YOU, as this one is a reflection/projection.
Did you know... [My FMSDversary]
My first year as a part of the FMSD Leadership Team has been focused on establishing a firm floor
for us to build upon. A lot of the hurdles this year have been finding venues, becoming visible, and really getting to know You, the membership, and how best I can support your dreams. since December 2016, we have gone from a single discussion night to 3 monthly events, including two Workshops/Discussions, and a demo night at the San Diego Eagle. This does not include our introduction workshops, parties, or cross-over events!
We are now approaching a period in which we can do MORE! We can host a broader spectrum of workshops and events; we have become visible enough that organizations and clubs have begun reaching out to do things with us, venues that had previous said "no, thank you," are now offering their services! Now, to take advantage of those things, we need to do some fund raising.
So here's the deal... [Fund Raising Venture]
At many of our events, we ask for a small donation (usually $5) - however, we do not turn anyone away for not being able to donate! People have asked where this money goes, the answer is: it goes back into the club, it goes in to venue rentals, food and drink, it goes to purchasing supplies and equipment, it goes to giving back to the members in any way we can.
We are still looking for more fund raising ideas, but have settled on a few that we think are great, and we would like to be able to give back to our community in 2018! Our goal is to find a common organization that the membership would like to support and begin donating a portion of our proceeds to that organization!
Yes, we know, it's a little on the cliche side. However, we find that there is a strength in men willing to step out of their comfort zone and represent themselves in front of a camera. We are playing with themes, and would love to hear which you might find the most interesting! That list can be found at the bottom of this email.
What I'm saying is... [Men of FMSD]
We are asking you to consider representing yourself as a Man of FMSD. We want men from all walks of life, all ages, all body types and fetishes, men who are submissive, men who are dominant, men who like to fuck, men who like to throw a single tail, men who like the things they like and are unapologetic about that. We want YOU to represent YOU.

We are also looking for additional photographers for this project and future events, to assist the Archivist Team (Papa Tony currently leading) in capturing our History!
For the future... [My Promise for Year 2]
Year 2 will be my Year of Service to the members, to my brothers. If I have learned only one thing this year, it is that I have a heart of service dedicated to supporting others, watching them grow as I continue to do so myself. I would love to see and support many of you as grow in to your own power and most confident selves. I hope that you will open your heart to me, and in return I will open mine to you. Join hands with me as we continue build this community together!

San Diego Eagle 15th Birthday - All Clubs Weekend

Cost: Support the venue, otherwise Free
Description: The Eagle is celebrating 15 years of life on Friday, November 17th and is sharing it with you! Friday Night, starting at 9PM, FMSD will be showing en masse to the San Diego Eagle to demo several forms of play, including, but not limited to, rope bondage, spanking, flogging, booting/trampling, and others! At 10PM that night, there will be a featured performance by the Bad Boyz of Porn! Saturday Night, join us for drink specials all night, and a blessing by the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, with further demos from our local San Diego Kink, Leather, Fetish, and BDSM Clubs!

Description: The Holidays are a time for us to get together and support one another for all that we do. Many men do not have a place or a family with whom to share the holidays with, and we would like to provide a place where we can all come together and share in each others energy. This is a Dinner Social and we hope that everyone attending be willing to bring a dish (Meats, Salads, Soups, Breads, Desserts, etc.) to share. We hope men will share their stories and build friendships and that we can all sit together for a meal.

The Gay Men's Art Group of San Diego (GMAG) has invited FMSD to participate in their monthly art night on December 4. The theme is Leather, Gear, and Kink. Nudity is very welcome although not required! Photography is restricted to the photographer and model and the private Facebook group if the model consents to that.
