I. San Diego Leather Pride!

Mark your calendars! San Diego Leather Pride is just around the corner! The week kicks off (officially) on Wednesday, March 14 2018 with Tiger's Pictionary!!

Thursday. March 15 is All Club's Night & the Leather Olympics! If you're interested in being a part of this years 4-Man team contact Scott at FetishMenSanDiego@GMail.com! This is a fun way to represent our club while still having a great time among the rest of our community!

Friday Night, March 16th from 4-5pm is the Leather Pride Flag Raising, followed by the opening ceremonies for SDLP Weekend and a blessing by the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. Plus! This will be your first time to meet the contestants for this years Mr. & Ms. San Diego Leather, and San Diego Boot Black 2018! Following "Meet the Contestants" stick around for ~TWISTED~ a fetish dance party like no other from 9pm to 1am!

II. Volunteer Opportunities!

Hello Gentleman!

We are looking for a few men who are willing to step up and help with a few specific positions as move forward this year! If you're interested in volunteering, please check out the following list and see if any of this is something you'd be willing to help us with!

• Social Media Assistant: This person works directly with Doriam and Scott to make sure events are posted to all of our social media platforms, including the FMSD Calendar, Facebook, Fetlife and any other resources we may use.

• Workshop Instructor: If you have a skill you'd like to share with your brothers, this is the place to do it! Our new Workshop Structure alternates between a technical hard skill (flogging, bondage, electro, etc.) and a sex-based skill (body worship, fuck machines, etc).

• Discussion/Social Host: If you are sociable and enjoy facilitating conversation among brothers, this may be a position for you! Each month, we lead a discussion on the 4th Sunday, alternating between sharing insight on a piece of fetish, kink, or Leather history and hosting a Sunday Potluck Social!

Description: Join us on Friday, January 19th at the San Diego Eagle for our monthly demo night! This month, we'll be introducing you to the wonderful world of Shibari and Rope Bondage!

Sunday, Jan 28 - FMSD: Fetish, Kink, and Leather - Oh My!

Description: Rounding out January, Doriam will be leading this month's Open-Table Discussion: "Fetish, Kink, and Leather! OH MY!" This gathering will welcome attendees to discuss what a "Fetish" is versus or adjacent a "Kink," how the Leather lifestyle differs or compliments the leather fetish. What makes a Fetish? What makes it Kinky? We'll have to find out! You wont want to miss this one!

Description: Come on out and BEAT YOUR DRUM! This is a night to celebrate the thing that makes YOU proud to be yourself; come out in whatever gear feels appropriate! Word on the street is that we might also be celebrating a certain "President of FMSD's" birthday!

Sunday, February 04 - Leather boys of San Diego: Planning Meeting
Time: 4PM to 6PM

Description: Do you identify as a boy/boi? Are you interested in learning more about this realm of leather? Or to give back to your community in a different way? Join the Leather boys of San Diego for their monthly planning meeting (1st Sunday) at the San Diego Eagle!

Thursday, February 8 - Club X: XMen Academy! Protocol with Sir Todd
Time: 7PM to 9PM
Cost: Free to Club X Members, $5 requested of non-members
Location: Pleasures & Treasures
Description: This month Sir Todd introduces us to one of his favorite parts of Leather: protocol. This workshop will introduce us to what makes a protocol stick, and why some people find protocol so important to their relationships, their play, and their lives! Come on out and support your local Leatherman en masse!

Sunday, February 11 - FMSD: Body Worship with Scott!
Time: 5PM to 8PM

Description: Body Worship will introduce you to the wonderful world of sensuality and sexuality through touch. Scott has been practicing massage for some time as a hobby and is very much a fan of getting your hands involved while playing. This workshop will be aimed specifically as a sex-based skill, so bring plenty of water, because you're going to be thirsty.

Description: Have you ever considered running for a title? Bar? Local? Regional? International? Perhaps you've been curious as to what titleholders DO? Well this is a great opportunity for you to ask current and past titleholders just that!

Description: Join us on Friday, February 16 at the San Diego Eagle for our monthly demo night! This month, we'll be introducing you to the wonderful world of Impact play including Flogging, Spanking, and Paddles!

Description: Closing out February, we will host our bi-monthly potluck! And one of our very own FMSD members will prompt an open discussion about play involving body fluids including, but not limited to, water sports, cum, and spit! For those not interested in participating in the discussion, the space will accommodate those who simply want to share space amongst brothers and enjoy the potluck!
