Upcoming Events

EVENT UPDATES

Movie Night has now become wildly viral, just like the BELT Parties, and for the same reasons. This is the second one (and it looks like there might be more in a possible ongoing semi-annual series), featuring a Gear Contest with prize values adding up to $875 (judged by several Surprise Guests, and emceed by Mr. San Diego Eagle 2012 Eli), and a talk by the film's director. If you want to see what our culture has been doing for a few decades, this is the film to see with a large, sweaty crowd of happy men, and a seriously Tribal event!  Afterward, everybody is invited to walk two blocks away to the Eagle at 3040 North Park Way for some socializing.

Our Men's Discussions have become so successful that we will be having the discussions every Wednesday (starting August 22), but will be changing some of them periodically to include much more hands-on-training. Some will have specific topics, and some won't. Send in your suggestions here!  Our newest Moderator is Jeremy, who will step in periodically to keep the conversations on-topic, since he's much more focused than I am!

The ROMP Weekend (featuring several of our finest men running for the Mr. San Diego Leather 2012 title) is coming up fast, with a few rental tents and cabins left. Click here to reserve yours now! They are still accepting applicants for the contest, so click here to get the form, or here to get the PDF version. If you have any questions, or need support in any way, let me know at papatony @mac.com!  I really like the weekend's concept. It's a way to build new traditions that bring people closer.

Just a reminder: This week's Men's Discussion will be on Thursday (due to a schedule-conflict), and next week's is being canceled in honor of the big Movie Night. See you on the 22nd!
