Have you ever thought about running for a title?  Have you ever wondered what it's like holding a title?  Have you ever wondered what your titleholders do during their title year?  There are many aspects to running for and holding a title.  From understanding the requirements that a title holder needs to meet while holding their title to representing the community, attending events both in and out of the region; these are all things that drive a title holder, and helps to promote our community within the local region as well as to the country, and occasionally the world.  

All these, and many more questions will be answered as Kurt presents on Holding a Title.  

Presenter Bios: 

Kurt Wendelborg

Kurt Wendelborg is our current Mr. San Diego Leather. Kurt has been diligently working for our Leather community building relationships with and volunteering for many organizations in San Diego. Kurt works closely on fundraising and events with the San Diego Bears, The Imperial Court, the Sisters, the GGSRA - San Diego Chapter, The Center and our Transgender community as well as ongoing work with Special Delivery San Diego. Kurt has been a strong ambassador for San Diego representing us at numerous out-of-town Leather events in many capacities from Judging contests to event staff.

Donna Tello, Lady of Light

is a Leatherwoman, Top, Dominant with a FemDom variable.  She served the community as Ms San Diego Leather 2008, and is First Runner Up International Ms Leather 2010.

Entering the kink community in 1998 and introduced to the Leather Community in 1999, Lady of Light began earning her leathers with respect to tradition in 2007.

She has been a presenter at various venues, most recently at DomCon2010 (Leather 101, Protocol and Ritual), and served as judge at a wide variety of contests, including Ms San Diego Leather, Knight of Leather, Mr Southern Ca Bear & Bear Cub, Mr Bear San Diego, and has raised funds for the community, including for the 2008 Leather Pride Float. She was presented in 2009 with a lifetime membership to Club X for services rendered.  She is a group leader on Fetlife for Northeast San Diego County, San Diego FemDom and  the Personality, Temperament, Meyers-Briggs Keirsey group.
